Since 2002, KUENLING Air Conditioning has obtained D1 & D2 Pressure Vessel Design License, D1 & D2 Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License and GL Manufacturing Approval.

The enterprise is equipped with complete sets of NDT non-destructive testing equipment to carry out various inspection works including RT, UT, MT and PT. It also owns complete physical and chemical test facilities to conduct mechanical property tests for metallic materials.

Centered on quality assurance engineers holding national professional assessor qualification for pressure vessels, a professional quality assurance system team has been established. The team possesses abundant practical experience in pressure vessel fabrication, inspection and testing, offering all-round support for product quality and steady corporate development.

The company holds Pressure Vessel Design License, Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License, Radiation License, Metrological Assurance Confirmation Certificate. It has passed ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification and ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System Certification. Meanwhile, personnel hold National Pressure Vessel Assessor Certificate, Pressure Vessel Design Approver Certificate, intermediate & advanced NDT qualification certificates and intermediate physical & chemical testing qualification certificates.

During product development and design, the company strictly complies with specifications including TSG R0004-2009 Safety Technical Supervision Regulation for Stationary Pressure Vessels, GB150-2011 Pressure Vessels, GB151-2014 Heat Exchangers, NB/T47012-2010 Pressure Vessels for Refrigeration Installations, HG20580~20585-2011 Specifications for Design of Steel Chemical Vessels. The company continuously tracks release and implementation of new standards to ensure product design adopts current valid national codes and standards.

All stages including design, material selection and manufacturing of the company’s pressure vessel products comply with current national standards. The production process is subject to supervision and inspection by special equipment inspection institutions, and a complete set of compliant technical documents and materials can be fully provided to customers.
